I3cuci Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to i3cuci, an online betting platform operating in Malaysia under the domain i3cuci.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and the management of i3cuci.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the i3cuci, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Play using your own funds — not borrowed money, third-party funds, or money obtained through illegal means.
• Never been suspended or banned from using the platform i3cuci or any related platform previously.

i3cuci reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any member at any time. Should it be established that you do not meet any of the above requirements, i3cuci reserves the right to immediately suspend or close your account and withhold any balance associated with the breach.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one i3cuci account. Holding more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, email, phone number, IP address, or any other identifying detail — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any winnings.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your profile information accurate and update it promptly whenever changes occur.
• Setting a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.

i3cuci reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account without providing reasons where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to fraud, provision of false information, or misuse of the platform.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions at i3cuci operated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian players:

• DuitNow

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Member i3cuci the right to withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.
• Processing times — e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost within 3–10 minutes; FPX bank transfers within 10–30 minutes during business hours.
• i3cuci does not charge withdrawal fees. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own charges.

i3cuci reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while an investigation is conducted if suspicious account activity, alleged fraud, or a terms violation is detected. Members will be notified of any hold and the estimated resolution timeframe.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, i3cuci offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at i3cuci:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, per account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash directly until the wagering requirements have been met.

• Where there is evidence of promotion abuse or attempts to exploit the bonus system, i3cuci reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and close the account.

7 Game Rules and Casino Games

All games offered on the i3cuci — including slots, Live Casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), poker (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Three Card Poker), and progressive jackpots — are powered by certified software with independently tested random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair play.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round has concluded. No appeals will be entertained on grounds of luck or personal perception of fairness.

9 Account Security and Privacy
